Week 1 Down

Well, glad Team FIT was started. The first week is over...I didn't lose anything, but I didn't gain anything! The weight wasn't put on in 1 week, so it's not going to come off in 1 week. I do feel better! I'm more aware of what I put into my body, and I am also exercisingat home. Maybe Week 2 I will give Zumba a try!
